Cornerstone Code Compliance, LLC can provide community outreach education for citizens and as a certified instructor, we can provide specialized training classes for code enforcement officers, law enforcement officers, and environmental law enforcement officers. SUPPORT SERVICES

  • Basic Compliance Support

    Routine Inspections, Responding to Complaints, Issuing Notices of Violations, and Maintaining Documentation. 1 day per week (32 hours per month) on-site enforcement and 1 day per week administrative work (notice of violations, CAD research, etc.). Complaint response within 72 hours. Up to 20 cases per month and a monthly council report.

  • Standard Compliance Support

    Includes all of the Basic Compliance Support including preparing case files for municipal court, 1 (one) community outreach event every quarter to educate citizens and property owners about code requirements and compliance resources. 2 days per week (64 hours per month) on-site enforcement and 1 day per week administrative work (research, court prep, notice of violations, etc.). Complaint response within 48 hours. Up to 40 cases per month and a monthly council report.

  • Advanced Compliance Support

    Includes Basic and Standard Compliance along with Specialized Enforcement such as property abatement and environmental enforcement. Reviewing, updating, or drafting municipal ordinances. 3+ days per week (minimum of 96 hours per month) on-site enforcement and 1 day per week administrative work. Complaint response within 24 hours with unlimited cases and a monthly council report.
